What is Shahrukhz Residences?
Shahrukhz Residences is a residential tower by Danube Properties on the waterfront of Dubai Maritime City, carrying the name of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. Danube describes it as an icon between sea and sky, with a sculpted gold-framed façade, sea views and more than 40 amenities spread across three decks.
It combines two very different products in one building: fully furnished apartments for buyers and investors who want a ready-to-use home, and a small collection of penthouses designed by interior designer Gauri Khan.
The residences
Apartments range from studios to 3 bedrooms and come fully furnished by Dolce Vita, an Italian furniture brand. Layouts include standard and flex studios, 1-bedroom and flex 1-bedroom units, and 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with skyline, sea or panoramic sea views. Danube's top apartment series is branded "King's Signature Ocean Residences".
Penthouses designed by Gauri Khan
At the top of the tower, 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses are designed by Gauri Khan, with double-height living spaces, chandeliers and full-width views over the Gulf. Prices start from AED 20M for a 4-bedroom and AED 26M for a 5-bedroom.
