Cookies, advertising and Meta tracking
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure how well our adverts work and to show them to people who are more likely to be interested, this website uses two tools from Meta Platforms: the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API.
Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code that runs in your browser and uses cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc). It records:

- your email address, phone number and name, which are converted into an irreversible code (hashed) before they are sent, so Meta does not receive them in readable form;
- your IP address and browser type;
- Meta cookie and advert click identifiers, if present;
- the page or offer you enquired about, and the time of the enquiry.
Meta uses this information to match your enquiry with a Facebook or Instagram account, to report results to us and to improve how our adverts are delivered. Meta processes this information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
