Create your account. Taha reviews your profile, then you view the rates and accept the partner understanding.
Submit a referral
Add your client in the portal and choose Track A, where we handle the deal, or Track B, where you close it.
We close the deal
Our RERA-registered team qualifies, advises and negotiates for your client, and you follow every stage live.
Get paid
Once we receive our commission, we release your share by bank transfer, with the payout recorded in your portal.

What you earn
You earn a share of the brokerage commission on every deal that comes from your referrals, with no cap on your earnings. The commission on each sale varies by project, developer and type of property, so higher-value referrals, such as villas and branded residences, earn more.
Once your application is approved, you can view the rates in the portal and accept the partner understanding, which is agreed directly between you and Taha Munir, a RERA-certified consultant.

How do I become a referral partner?
Create your account on the partner portal. Taha reviews every application personally. Once you're approved, you can view the commission rates, accept the partner understanding and start submitting referrals.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the referral network is free.
What is the difference between Track A and Track B?
With Track A, you introduce your client and our team handles the whole deal. With Track B, you close the deal yourself. You choose the track for each referral when you submit it, and the rates for each are shown in the portal after approval.
How much commission can I earn?

Do I need to live in the UAE?
No. Most partners refer clients from their own country. Our team handles everything in the UAE, including advice, viewings, video tours, paperwork and the transfer.
Who is the partner agreement with?
The partner understanding is between you and Taha Munir, a RERA-certified real estate consultant, and you accept it in the portal before you start referring.
Is my clients' information kept private?
Yes. The portal uses role-based access, so you only ever see your own referrals, and your clients' details are used only to help them buy.
